On, Saturday April 17th, 2021, the loving spirit of Jay Arocho departed on a new journey. A young soul whose life was cut short but will always be remembered as having a big heart, the amazing ability to know when you needed a hug, and never expected anything in return. Even in her darkest of days, the true love of her life was her daughter Issabelle, whom she loved more than anything and was never far from her mind. She was the sole source of her strength and the reason Jay turned her life around. Jay’s biggest goal in life was lssabelle's safety, health, and most of all happiness. An amazing little girl whose years with her mother were cut long before due. Jay fought many battles but won many wars throughout her life. She pushed and made sure to find her self-love within herself. From joking to making another person feel good, she made sure you always had a smile in her presence. She once quoted “Life’s far from easy but, life’s not too far from you, don’t wait on others to change, don’t let people make you feel like you can’t change.” Jay changed her whole life around, she didn’t need or care if anyone would have been proud of her, all she needed was to be proud of herself! We lay her to rest with happiness and respect for the journey she overcame and the impression and impact she left on us all. We are proud! You’ll forever be missed and loved dearly.
