Howard Franklin Keener, 56, of Lumberport passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at United Hospital Center. He was born September 9, 1963 in Wallace, a son of the late Wilco “Bud” Emerson Ganoe and Naomi Ruth Keener Bartlett.

He is survived by his three sons, Shane Keener and his fiancé Desiree Hargis; Sean Keener and his companion Hailey Lipscomb; and Seth Keener, all of Clarksburg; his loving girlfriend, Pam Bailey and her children, Stephanie and Brian Bailey, all of Stonewood; his grandchildren, Dante Keener; Ashton Keener; Aaliyah Keener; McKenna Hargis; Nora Ray; Marlania Keener; Piper Keener; and another granddaughter on the way; his brothers and sisters, Jenny Hagan; Sandra Martin and her husband Richard; Sondra Audia and her husband Jim; Buddy Keener and his fiancé Judy Perry; and Becky Knight and her husband Chris, all of Lumberport; and Larry Ganoe and his wife Melissa of Doddridge County.
Howard loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going camping. He was a loving father and grandfather.
The family will receive friends at Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St. Shinnston, on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm. Rev. Ross J.
