Carol Ann Bullough – Hardman passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday morning September 6, 2019 at 77 years old.

She was born in Ayer, MA in 1941 a daughter of the late William Bullough and Irene Bullough – Bates. Carol later followed the love of her life to California and finally back to Clarksburg where she resided with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Ralph E. Hardman; her brother, Mike Bullough and his wife Terry of Bridgeport; her daughter Toy Hardman; and son Ralph E. Hardman II; her grandchildren, Sabra “Nikki” Hardman; Amber Hardman; Austin Rece Hardman and his wife Leah, all of Clarksburg; great-grandchildren, Justyce Corley of Salem; Peyton Mazza “Gianna”of Parkersburg; Samuel Mazza of Clarksburg; Amaya Hardman, also of Clarksburg.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ernest Bates; her mother and father-in-law, Charles and Blanch Hardman.
Carol was an active member of her church, Life Builders Fellowship in Bridgeport. She retired from Dominion Gas in 1995. For many years, Carol loved to square dance with her husband. She was deeply loved by all that were lucky enough to have known her and will be missed forever.
The family will receive friends at Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St. Shinnston, on Monday from 4:00 pm until time for the Celebration of Life service at 7:00 pm with Pastor Don Johnson officiating.
